NetInformer delivers promotional incentives (such as coupons, offers, ads, savings notices, samples and trial offers) on behalf of online, offline, and retail companies with whom we have a relationship (our "Clients") to users ("you", "your" or "Members") by text message (also known as “SMS” or “short messaging service”) to mobile devices. By participating in text messaging promotional offers, coupons, and incentives from our Clients, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use outlined herein.

NetInformer provides the ability for mobile phone/service customers to subscribe to Client-supported campaigns via the short code 99299 by using a double opt-in process. This service does not require you to pay a subscription fee at any time.
NetInformer-powered offers work wit AT&T, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Verizon Wireless, Alltel, Virgin Mobile, US Cellular, T-Mobile, and Metro PCS. We connect to most mobile phone service providers. Even if your carrier is not listed, there is a possibility that we already work with your carrier.
Please note: For all text interactions, message and data rates may apply. If charges apply, they will be applied to your wireless bill. If you are a prepay customer, any charges will be deducted from your prepaid wireless bill.
To opt-in or subscribe to a Client-sponsored coupon or offer, you can either register from their website or text in the provided keyword to 99299. The screens and/or text messages that follow will explain the remainder of the signup process.
To opt-out from this service, text STOP to 99299 from your mobile phone. NetInformer will unsubscribe you from the service immediately. You may receive an opt-out confirmation message at that time, but you will not receive any further messages until you opt-in again. Additional words to opt-out include: QUIT, HALT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOP ALL.

- How often will I receive messages?
The frequency of messages is noted as a part of each of our Clients’ promotional incentive campaigns.
- If I sign up for one coupon or promotional offer, do I get them all?
No, you must sign up for each Client promotional offer individually.
- Why didn't I receive my offer after I texted in the designated keyword to 99299?
There are a number of reasons that are outside of our control to explain why you may not have received an alert:
- You may be in a low signal area.
- If you recently changed carriers, there could be delays with your new carrier on their policy with third-party text alerts.
- If you are on a regional carrier other than AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless, you may experience issues signing up for and receiving text alerts.

NetInformer collects limited non-personally identifying information your wireless phone service makes available whenever you participate in one of our services. This log information includes your phone number, your mobile phone carrier, the date and time of your participation and your inbound message. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.
